1.-
How can I achieve a perfect hair removal?
Check that the area
to be treated is perfectly clean and dry without any oils or moisture. You may
clean it with alcohol and apply talcum powder on areas such as upper-lip,
underarms and bikini area before proceeding with wax treatment. Apply a very
thin layer of wax (it should be almost transparent) following hair growth
direction then place the strip over it and remove with one quick motion in the
opposite direction of hair growth.
2.-
Why
doesn’t it work on the upper-lip area?
Check that the area is not moist or has any moisturizer,
and that the layer of wax is not too thick. Also verify that you pulled in one
quick motion in the opposite direction of hair growth.
3.- How and when must I use the plastic strip?
In large
areas such as legs and arms
4.-
Why does wax stay on the skin when I try to take it off?
You probably applied too much wax or you pulled too
slowly.
5.-
What can I do when wax hardens and is not manageable?
Place bottle
in a container with hot water and leave it there for a few minutes until wax is
softer. Wax may harden in very cold climates or rooms with air conditioning,
therefore it is recommended to store at room temperature.
6.-
What can I do when wax is somewhat liquid?
It is not very common for wax to liquefy; if it does it
may be because it has been stored in a very warm climate, if this occurs just
place wax in a cool or moderate temperature.
7.- Can the wax be used on eyebrows?
Yes it can, but you have to be very careful because it is
a very delicate area and any mistake can cause damage to the eyelid.
8.- Is there some treatment I need to use after removing hair?
You don’t need any other treatment. Sexy Lady’s exclusive
ingredients moisturize the skin leaving it soft and smooth.
9.-
What can I do when wax remains on skin?
In areas where sweat is more common, you need to apply
some talcum powder before proceeding with hair removal. Skin needs to be clean
and dry for wax to work properly.
10.-
Why doesn’t it work properly on underarms and bikini area?
You might
have forgotten to apply talcum powder before procedure or you didn’t pull strip
fast enough in opposite direction of hair growth. Check that you didn’t apply
too much wax.
